She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from the Intercultural Open University (Netherlands) and has completed a Corporate Social Responsibility programme at Harvard Business School. Her governance footprint includes leadership roles in academic institutions and CSR drives, along with board oversight, risk management, and ESG matters. Notably, she has been involved with Indiabulls Foundation and is a founding member of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Centre of Excellence in CSR & Sustainable Development, among other initiatives.
The company notes Dr. Singh’s independence credentials: she is not related to any other director, she is not debarred from holding director positions under SEBI orders, and she does not hold shares in Indiabulls.
