Mold-Tek Packaging reshapes leadership with executive appointments and independent director

Mold-Tek Packaging Limited is shaking up its leadership slate, signaling a bold push into its next growth phase. In its board meeting on August 26, 2026, the company approved a mix of executive appointments and governance moves, notably the appointment of Rana Pratap Janumahanti as Director- Marketing and Strategy (Whole Time Director), subject to shareholder consent, with an effective date of October 1, 2026.

Rana Pratap Janumahanti currently serves as Senior Vice President – Corporate at Mold-Tek and has been deeply involved in strategic initiatives across the company’s Pharma and FMCG segments. The board and Nomination and Remuneration Committee highlighted his MBA from IIM Lucknow and IIT Delhi background as a strong fit to lead marketing and growth strategy for the next five years.

Separately, the board approved the appointment of Chintamaneni Vasant Kumar Roy as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director for five years starting August 26, 2026, enriching the board with external expertise while maintaining governance independence.

At the same time, Mold-Tek restructured its leadership bench from within: Subramanyam Adivishnu and P. Venkateswara Rao will shift from Deputy Managing Directors to Technical Director (Whole Time Director) and Commercial Director (Whole Time Director) respectively, effective April 1, 2027, for the remaining tenure through March 31, 2029. The move underscores the company’s intent to sharpen its focus on technology and commercial operations while retaining continuity. The company also set the stage for its 29th AGM on September 21, 2026, and outlined other governance steps including an authorized capital expansion and a planned bonus issue, as part of strengthening its capital framework to fund future growth.
