Swayambhu Arya joins CONCOR as an Executive Director (P&S) with a background in the Indian Railways Service of Mechanical Engineers. With about 27 years in the logistics and transport sector, Arya has handled operations, maintenance, projects and production across railways and CONCOR, and has also contributed as a faculty member at the National Academy of Indian Railways, focusing on capacity-building at managerial levels. His absorption is effective from 29 July 2026, positioning him to steer planning and systems as CONCOR expands its portfolio.
Shrikant V. Janbandhu steps into the role of Executive Director (C&O). An officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service, Janbandhu brings broad experience from the Railway Traffic Department and stints with RITES Limited. Before joining CONCOR, he served as Executive Director/Coaching at Railway Board, Ministry of Railways. He holds MBBS and BA (Additional) in Psychology, with absorption effective from 6 August 2026, reinforcing CONCOR’s leadership in operations and commercial oversight.
