IRFC expands its board with two Independent Directors. Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited has announced the appointment of Pradeep Ahlawat and Manjula Mishra as Additional Directors designated as Non-official Independent Directors, effective 20 August 2026. The appointments are for the period up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting (25 August 2026), after which they are required to be reappointed as per applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. In a subsequent development, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25 August 2026 re-appointed Pradeep Ahlawat and Manjula Mishra as Additional Directors designated as Non-official Independent Directors of the company.
