Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited has announced the completion of the tenure of Rajesh Shashikant Dalal as a Non-Executive Independent Director, with his tenure concluding at the close of business on August 24, 2026. Dalal will also cease to chair the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee, effective the same date.
