Jain Resource Recycling Limited is shaking up its board with a governance refresh that sees two new independent directors join the ranks to fill vacant seats, alongside ongoing leadership transitions. In a move announced after a board meeting held on August 22, 2026, the company appointed Kajal Mayur Saiya and Prakash Kumar Behera as Independent Directors, each to serve the unexpired terms until March 18, 2028. The changes come in the wake of resignations by two long-standing directors, Revathi Raghunathan and Kandaswamy Paramasivan, and the board has also reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee to reflect the new composition. The appointments are subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders by way of a special resolution.
