Shankar Lal Agrawal holds a Master of Commerce and has led Shram Shrijan Samaj Sevi Sanstha since 2014, directing initiatives in education, rural and community development, public service, skill development, and social outreach, including healthcare support and relief efforts for disadvantaged communities.
Karunakaran Nambiar K is a law graduate with over 34 years of legal practice across civil and criminal courts, and has served as Additional Standing Counsel for the Government of India at Kasaragod. His background also spans roles as a university Senate member, director of regional co‑operatives and cooperative banks, and advisory work for major banks, bringing regulatory and governance insight to the Board.
Promila Kundara holds a Bachelor of Arts and is qualified in naturopathy. A former Member of the Legislative Assembly representing Chaksu, Jaipur (2008–2013), she remains actively engaged in social welfare initiatives. The company notes there is no inter‑se relationship among the incoming directors and confirms they are not debarred from holding directorships by SEBI or other authorities.
