Ravi brings more than three decades of experience in housing finance, having started with the organization in 1993 as a Junior Executive in Chennai and progressing through roles spanning Branch Management, Underwriting, Marketing, Credit, Collections, and Administration. His track record includes leadership stints across multiple cities and a deep exposure to SARFAESI enforcement proceedings and litigation support before the High Court, DRT, and DRAT. The appointment signals a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, credit and recovery management, and governance across the company’s operations backbone.
For Paba Koshy, the change means stepping back from the Head of Operations role while continuing to serve as Chief Financial Officer.
