In a move geared toward sharpening its people strategy, Uniparts India Limited named Manish Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective August 17, 2026, with the appointment approved by the board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The leadership change underscores the company’s emphasis on building a robust HR backbone to navigate its manufacturing footprint and growth trajectory.
Manish Singh brings 23 years of experience in HR leadership across large manufacturing organizations. He holds an Executive MBA from FMS, University of Delhi, along with advanced HR and business management qualifications from XLRI and Symbiosis, and a BE in Electronics & Instrumentation from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. In his most recent role as General Manager – HR at Blue Star Limited, he spent 14 years in progressively senior positions, steering HR Digitalization and Business HR across multiple product divisions while partnering closely with the Executive Director and the Group CHRO. Before Blue Star, he headed HR & Administration at Usher Agro Limited, where he contributed to greenfield projects and talent management initiatives.
The appointment aligns Uniparts India’s leadership with a seasoned HR operator who has steered digital transition and people initiatives in complex manufacturing settings. As CHRO, Singh is expected to drive the organization’s people strategy, organizational transformation, and talent development as the company continues to evolve its operations and growth agenda.
