Kadambala will serve for five years, until 12 August 2031, and shall not be liable to retire by rotation, subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Nama’s appointment as an additional director is also effective 13 August 2026, with terms aligned to the company’s governance processes.
Kadambala brings a long career in senior-level legal practice, described as an experienced advocate with a track record in negotiation, litigation support, and advisory work at the board level. His independence and governance insights are expected to reinforce the company’s oversight and strategic decision-making as Madhucon navigates its project portfolio and growth trajectory.
Nama, with over a decade in civil construction, real estate, roads and irrigation projects, and related sectors, adds hands-on experience in bidding, execution of contracts, and compliance. His background is positioned to contribute operational discipline and growth-focused guidance to the board’s deliberations.
The appointments follow recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and will be placed before shareholders for confirmation at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting. The moves reflect Madhucon’s ongoing emphasis on governance and leadership capability as it advances its strategic objectives.
