JNK India Limited has announced a leadership reshuffle at the senior management level, with two appointments and one transition taking effect on August 11, 2026. The development arrives as the Thane-based company signals its intent to broaden its value chain, supported by amendments to its MOA that would permit a new line of business, and plans to establish an overseas branch in Iraq to extend its footprint beyond domestic borders.
Two incoming SMPs bring deep functional strength. M. Pravin Pulujkar has been designated a Senior Management Personnel, described as a Senior Procurement Professional with more than 22 years of cross-industry experience spanning Oil & Gas, EPC, Chemical and Automobile sectors. His track record includes strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, inventory management and cost-control initiatives designed to drive procurement efficiency.
Prasad Phatak is designated as Senior Management Personnel as Senior General Manager – Projects, bringing over 30 years of project planning and execution experience across both PSU and private-sector clients. His background covers procurement planning, vendor management, cost and cash-flow management, and steering large EPC projects to timely delivery.
Ravikumar Mudali Vallathur — who held the role of Senior General Manager—Projects — will cease to be SMP from August 11, 2026, though he will continue as an employee of the company.
Beyond personnel changes, the board approved amendments to the MOA to widen the company’s scope to include heavy industrial engineering and construction, including design, engineering, supply, fabrication, transport and turnkey contracting for industrial plants and infrastructure across heavy industries both in India and abroad, with components like marine and offshore operations. The company is also exploring the establishment of an overseas branch in Iraq to support this expanded footprint and new lines of business.
Taken together, the moves reflect JNK India Limited’s intent to strengthen the leadership core as it positions itself to pursue larger, turnkey industrial opportunities and an expanded portfolio that spans heavy engineering, procurement and construction, and related marine/offshore capabilities.
