Bafna brings more than three decades of experience in the healthcare and medical devices sector, including a long tenure as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Healthium Medtech Limited, where he steered growth and global expansion. He currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Healthium. His career also spans leadership roles at Baxter International, where he held roles such as President – Japan and Regional Head – Emerging Asia, with responsibilities across India, Southeast Asia and beyond. His professional journey has taken him to markets across Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan and India, highlighting a broad international perspective.
