Delhivery elevates Vani Venkatesh to Deputy CEO to sharpen Revenue, Marketing and Customer Experience

Delhivery has elevated Vani Venkatesh to Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective August 8, 2026, a move recommended by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the board. In her expanded remit, she will lead Revenue functions, Marketing and Customer Experience, while continuing to work closely with Operations. She will remain designated as a Key Managerial Person, underscoring the significance of her strategic portfolio as the company sharpens its go-to-market and service delivery to customers.

Venkatesh joined Delhivery in February 2025 as Chief Business Officer and KMP, taking charge of revenue functions. With more than two decades of experience spanning Airtel, McKinsey, Unilever and Abbott Nutrition in senior leadership roles, she brings a rare blend of telecom, consulting and consumer goods expertise. Her prior tenure at Airtel included stints as CEO for Global Business, CEO for the Delhi-NCR region, Chief Marketing Officer and CEO for the Retail Business, in addition to board roles at Nxtra by Airtel and Bharti Telemedia Ltd.

The appointment signals Delhivery’s bid to deepen its leadership bench as it navigates a fast-evolving logistics landscape. By placing a seasoned operator at the helm of Revenue, Marketing and Customer Experience, the company signals a continued emphasis on growth, customer-centric execution and cross-functional alignment with Operations. Venkatesh’s background—spanning strategy, marketing, and corporate governance—could help accelerate Delhivery’s journey from scale to sustainable profitability.
