Abans Financial Services Limited has announced a leadership shift at the board level, with two non-executive directors stepping away from the company. Hariharan Devnarayan Iyer, who served as a Non-Executive Independent Director, ceased to be a Director upon the completion of his term, effective at the close of business on August 6, 2026. In addition, Naresh Madhu Tejwani, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, tendered his resignation and also ceased to be a Director from the same date. The board expressed its sincere appreciation for the guidance and contributions these directors provided during their tenure. The company has noted that the disclosure details are provided in Annexure-A and that the resignation letter from Mr. Tejwani states there are no material reasons beyond those indicated in the letter.
