DRC Systems India Limited’s board has signalled continuity at the top, approving the re-appointment of two senior executives for three-year terms as the company doubles down on its AI-first transformation. Hiten Ashwin Barchha will continue as Managing Director for a further three years with effect from November 9, 2026, while Janmaya Preyas Pandya will remain an Executive Director for another three years from January 6, 2027. Both moves are subject to the approval of shareholders.
Barchha, a computer science graduate with more than 17 years in the IT services sector, is described as a driver of innovation and efficiency, leveraging cutting-edge tools to steer the business. Pandya, armed with a Commerce degree, PGDM in Finance, and CFA Level II, is positioned to provide strategic financial leadership, budgeting, governance, and risk management as the company navigates a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
The leadership refresh comes as DRC Systems continues to evolve from traditional LMS offerings toward AI-powered Learning Experience Platforms, embedding artificial intelligence across the software development lifecycle to boost productivity, quality, and speed. In the first quarter of FY2026-27, the group reported consolidated revenues of 2,338.4 Lakhs, with an EBITDA margin around 33% and a net margin near 23%, underscoring a disciplined growth trajectory supported by stable executive leadership.
As the company advances its AI-led product strategy and expands its global footprint, the board’s decision to extend both executives’ tenures signals a strategic focus on sustaining profitability and scaling IP-led solutions. The forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting on September 17, 2026, will be the stage where shareholders weigh in on these leadership renewals as DRC Systems positions itself for durable, long-term value creation.
