The board expressed its sincere appreciation for Srivastava’s contributions during his tenure. In parallel, the board approved the appointment of Rahul Prabhakar Desai as the new Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 3 August 2026, underscoring the company’s intent to maintain continuity during the transition.
