Goa Carbon appoints Nauty Dogra as Head of Paradeep Plant

Goa Carbon Limited has named Nauty Dogra as Head — Paradeep Plant, elevating him to the company’s Senior Management cadre with effect from 21 July 2026. The appointment, made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the board, signals a sharpened focus on the Paradeep facility’s operations and performance.

Dogra brings a solid technical and managerial profile to the role. He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations Management from IGNOU, complemented by a certification as a Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001 and a diploma in Industrial Safety & Fire Management. Before joining Goa Carbon, he served as General Manager (Operations & Project) at BMWIL Industries in Jamshedpur, with prior stints at Bhushan Power & Steel Limited in Sambalpur, Odisha.

Industry watchers view the Paradeep Plant as a pivotal node in Goa Carbon’s production network, and the leadership change underscores a greater emphasis on operational execution, safety, and project oversight. As the company continues to sculpt its manufacturing footprint, Dogra’s hands-on experience at complex facilities could help translate strategy into tangible improvements on the ground.
