At Eureka Forbes, he partnered with sales and operations teams to deploy Service Technicians Application and CRM solutions, boosting service efficiency and customer engagement. He was part of the core team that developed the One Retail Platform, integrating Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor Management System (DMS), and ISP applications to deliver end-to-end sales visibility and data-driven decision-making.
