Rajesh Davera Joins CMPDIL Board as Non-Official Independent Director

Rajesh Davera brings four decades of expertise in taxation, finance, corporate advisory, internal audit and business administration. A long-time entrepreneur, he has operated Rajesh Davera & Company since 1988, offering professional consultancy in income tax, VAT, GST, banking and financial advisory services. His career also includes leadership roles such as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Chandraudai Automobiles Private Limited and an internal auditor role at P.G. Foils Limited, reflecting a deep well of financial and governance experience that CMPDIL can draw upon from the boardroom.

His appointment underscores CMPDIL’s emphasis on independent governance to guide policy formulation, financial oversight and strategic decision-making within a key sector of India’s mining and energy landscape.
