The company confirms that A. Madhavarao’s tenure as CMD has ended with his retirement effective 30 April 2026, marking the end of an era for the order-driven enterprise that supplies systems for India’s defence posture. In a move designed to ensure continuity, the Ministry of Defence has assigned the post of Chairman and Managing Director to D. V. Srinivas Rao, Director (Technical), for a period of three months—from 1 May 2026 to 31 July 2026—or until a regular incumbent assumes charge, whichever comes first.
