Pankaj Shahi will be elevated from Senior General Manager – Production (CTT) at the Lucknow head office to Senior General Manager (Unit Head – Akbarpur Unit), effective 21 April 2026. At the same time, Ramesh Kumar Verma, who has been serving as Senior General Manager (Unit Head – Akbarpur Unit), has tendered his resignation, which the company has accepted with effect from 21 April 2026. The exchange filing notes that the resignation is accompanied by Verma’s email stating there are no other reasons beyond those mentioned for stepping down.
