Artemis Electricals and Projects Limited has expanded its governance slate with the appointment of Dhruti Harsh Satia as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director), effective April 20, 2026. The move, approved by the board on the same day, positions Satia to hold office until the next general meeting or until her appointment is regularised by shareholders, whichever comes earlier. The decision underscores Artemis’s focus on strengthening independent oversight as the company advances its growth agenda.
Satia brings a background rooted in company secretarial practice and governance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2015. In her prior roles, she served as Company Secretary of Mercury Trade Links Limited (a BSE-listed company) where she oversaw group secretarial work, and before that she was an assistant Company Secretary to Essel Finance Wealth Zone Private Limited. Her professional journey also includes experience at B.S. Sharma & Co., a Chartered Accountant firm.
The company notes that Satia is not related to any other director and confirms her independence as per applicable standards. With this appointment, Artemis signals a continued commitment to robust governance practices and independent oversight as it navigates its strategic priorities and growth trajectory.
