JK Bank elevates two General Managers to Chief General Manager roles, signaling continuity in leadership

Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited has announced a leadership reshuffle, elevating two senior managers from General Manager to Chief General Manager with effect from March 6, 2026. The names at the center of the move are Ashutosh Sareen and Rajesh Malla Tickoo, both elevated from within the bank to higher executive ranks.

Ashutosh Sareen has been with the bank since 1989, handling critical assignments across operational and administrative functions over more than 36 years. He is a commerce graduate and also holds a degree in law, underscoring a blend of financial acumen and regulatory-leaning insight developed through a long tenure in the organization.

Rajesh Malla Tickoo, likewise associated with the bank since 1989, began his career as a Probationary Officer. Over 36 years, he has managed a range of assignments across both operational and administrative domains and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science, highlighting a broad-based foundation earned through extensive frontline banking experience.

The internal elevation of these two long-serving leaders reflects the bank’s focus on continuity and institutional knowledge at the highest non-board executive level, as it navigates a dynamic banking landscape and seeks sustained momentum in its operations and strategy.
